Its name is derived from the 19^th century name for the village, DOn VAle that eventually became Cabbagetown. This Sicilian and Mediterranean-inspired restaurant headed up by Chef Roberto Marotta and Jacqueline Nicosia serves up artisanal pastas, fresh-caught fish, and ethically sourced meats.
